AFTER months of speculation Mikey
Graham admitted Boyzone have taken the first tentative steps towards announcing a comeback tour.
For the first time
in seven years the entire band and their old manager Louis Walsh were in the same room to discuss the possibility of organising
a lucrative reunion.
The former bandmates have watched in envy as former boy band Take That collected close to E10million
for their sell-out tour last year.
The meeting at the Four Seasons Hotel had been organised by Mikey to see if the
band would consider getting back together.
'It was the first time in seven years we were all back together,' Mikey
told the Mail.
'I organised the meeting purely out of a sense of nostalgia. It was great, everybody was speaking and
everything seemed good between the lads.
'The possibility of touring again did arise, but we are not contemplating
anything at the moment.' He said the former band mates will meet again in April to discuss in more detail how a comeback tour
might work.
Manager Louis Walsh confirmed:
More meetings are now planned and it shouldn't be too long before
something concrete is planned or announced.
'We all got on really well together. It was a very enjoyable night. But
really this was just an initial meeting.
'We were talking about a reunion. It was my first time to meet all five of
them since the split.' The pop guru said the band had decided to meet up last Sunday when they realised they were all in town
on the same night. Keating and manager Louis Walsh famously fell out over a clash of egos when Ronan wanted to take his solo
career in a more 'edgy' direction. The pair continued to have a public slagging match, but made their peace last year.
At
their peak the group enjoyed six No.1s and sold more than 15million records after starting out travelling to gigs across the
country in the back of a van.

Louis also introduced Shayne to another of his former
protogees, Boyzone's Mikey Graham, backstage - word has it that a Boyzone reunion WITH Ronan
Keating will be officially announced very soon.

Mikey dad again
There's an article in Star Sunday about Stephen's wedding which
is supposedly taking place in London today. It mentions that Mikey won't be able to attend as his wife gave birth to a baby
daughter on Friday night. (17/3-2006)
"Weighing 6lb little Sienna Nicole arrived five weeks early and kept Mikey from
catching the flight which left from Dublin Airport on Friday morning bringing Keith and Ronan to the wedding.
